No, you don't need anything special. You choose if you want a telephone call or a zoom meeting online. Most of my clients don't want to be on video, so we do the coaching sessions over the phone. You can be sitting in a car or be anywhere in the world for a coaching session. If you're local, you can request an in person coaching session.

I have clients of all ages and backgrounds, including individuals, families, and small groups. I  have clients who have a variety of concerns and issues. I work with clients with health issues, and clients who are struggling in their personal and professional lives who want guidance and support.  I will refer someone to a licensed mental health care provider if needed.

Discounted packages available. Coaching sessions can be Monthly, Weekly or Daily. All coaching sessions are 1 hour, and more time can be requested for emergency situations. Example - buy a package of 12 sessions and use the time however you want to schedule it.

Standard Package: 8 sessions for $399.00.  

Premiere Package: 12 sessions for $499.00    ($100 DISCOUNT)
